Cheqr exists because the UK comparison market has quietly stopped comparing. Prices ranked by commission. Headline figures that hide a mid-contract hike. Fuel sites that mostly just try to sell you insurance. We wanted something honest.
Why we built it
Every UK household is spending more on fuel, broadband and mobile than they were a few years ago. The gap between the cheapest available deal and what most people actually pay is now enormous — often hundreds of pounds a year — because the friction of comparing properly is real.
Existing comparison sites make that friction worse. They force sign-ups. They sort by commission. They quote a shiny month-one price and bury the mid-contract rise in a footnote. We're building the alternative: fast, no account, ranked by what you actually pay across the full contract.
What we stand for
Transparent
Every price shown is the real total across the full contract, including mid-contract rises. If a deal earns us commission, that never changes the order.
Independent
No paid placements. No 'featured' slots at the top. No provider gets to buy ranking on Cheqr — ever.
Fair
If we can't show a genuinely competitive deal, we say so. If a smaller provider is cheaper than the big names, they rank above the big names.
Human
Real people run this. Real people answer the contact form. If we make a mistake, we fix it fast and tell you.
